Neil Warmsley

My work is figurative and mostly taken from local observational studies. I am largely self taught and work in a variety of mediums, screen prints, etchings, pencil, oil and acrylic.

I was born in Upminster, Essex in 1962. During my teens I lived in Cheshire, and in my early twenties I lived in Sussex working at a variety of jobs, but mostly as a chef.

In 1988 I came to live in Cambridge and settled to a career in gardening. This work complements and inspires my painting.
